Orders are shipped within four working days unless noted otherwise. When your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking code so you can follow the Parcel. All parcels are shipped with PostNL (international). 

Items are always well wrapped and and packed in firm boxes so they can reach their new homes in the same condition as I unloaded them from my kiln. I try to recycle packaging material as much as possible, so you will find newspapers, previously used filling and such in my parcels frequently. I have also grown the habit of including a little handmade thank you token with all my orders ❤

Within the Netherlands

Items purchased within the Netherlands should arrive within 1-3 working days after they have been shipped out.

International shipping (I ship worldwide!)

Items purchased within the EU usually arrive within 5-10 working days. Note that this can take longer (up to 14 working days) depending on location, shipping progress and time of the year. Parcels may sometimes be held at customs for example, which can increase the shipping duration quite a bit. Unfortunately I can not control these events, but in all fairness, my experience with international shipping has been quite good so far.

Can separately ordered pieces be shipped together?

If you purchased several pieces in different orders on the same day, the pieces will be sent out in one parcel and the extra shipping costs will be refunded. Note that it may take 1/2 days before the refund is completed.
